36TH ANNUAL HISTORIC HOME AND GARDEN TOUR

Historic Concordia Neighbors promote the neighborhood through historic preservation. Since the early 1990s, Historic Concordia Neighbors has played an integral part in the area’s ongoing revival. We are a nonprofit, volunteer-driven group consisting of homeowners, renters, churches and other nonprofit groups with an interest in the long-term health and growth of the neighborhood. Proceeds from our Home Tour support our mission to promote the Concordia neighborhood through historic preservation, community involvement and neighborhood pride.

The 36th Annual Historic Concordia Homes & Gardens Tour welcomes visitors to explore historic homes and gardens, approach homeowners to discover hidden secrets and histories of their homes. Attend special presentations by author Bobby Tanzilo (author of Urban Spelunking and writer for OnMilwaukee).

Explore the silent auction featuring many antiques and vintage items. Discover The New State redevelopment transforming the historic New State theater into a community hub for family centric entertainment and musical education.

Celebrate 135 years of the Schlitz Mansion. Enjoy meals and refreshments at our Beer Tasting Garden and homemade pastries at our Pie & Cake Social.
