HISTORIC HOME AND GARDEN TOUR

VISITOR INFORMATION ~ TICKET SALES OPEN!

The primary focus of Historic Concordia Neighbors, Inc. is promoting the neighborhood through historic preservation. Since the early 1990s, Historic Concordia Neighbors has played an integral part in the area’s ongoing revival. We are a nonprofit, volunteer-driven group consisting of homeowners, renters, churches and other nonprofit groups with an interest in the long-term health and growth of the neighborhood. Proceeds from our Home Tour support our mission to promote the Concordia neighborhood through historic preservation, community involvement and neighborhood pride.

We are The Stewards of History and are proud to present “Victorian Innovations and Technologies” with special presentations by Guest Speaker Sarah A. Chrisman and an Interactive Exhibition of Victorian Bicycles presented by Gabriel Chrisman.

This year we’re excited to open not only doors to our historic homes but also the gates to some pretty fabulous urban gardens. The New State will be on tour, along with a new development presented by Near West Side Partners.

We’ve added a second trolley to the day! The Guided Trolley Tour is back this year with new destinations and surprises; reservations are required for the private tour. CLICK HERE TO PURCHASE

Noteworthy - We added a second, complimentary trolley to circle the tour route for hop on/hop off convenience. So fun!
